Kim Jong Il is a drunk.
Kim Jong Il is obsessed with sex.
Kim Jong Il is producing nuclear weapons to sell to terrorists.
Kim Jong Il likes James Bond films.
Kim Jong Il likes fast cars.
Kim Jong Il wears platforms to appear taller.

[Apart from the pedophilia and production of weapons of mass destruction, he doesn't sound like a bad guy. Now if he had the Farscape DVDs and not Star Trek: TNG, I would be disappointed.]

I didn't expect CNN's Heidi Collins to then parrot, nearly to the letter, over an hour later on CNN Newsroom, everything Foxnews had just said. I sent them this letter:

Heidi Collins, at the 10:00 hour of CNN Newsroom, said of Kim Jong Il, "Some brand him a madman." I was wondering if you could please tell me your source for this. Who has branded Kim Jong Il a madman? Was the word "madman" used? In what context was his sanity questioned? In all of your coverage of Kim Jong Il, he never appeared to be mentally ill.

I await their response. My guess is, this is just more "Wacky Iraqi" racist propaganda, meant to dehumanize our enemy so it's easier to see their corpses pile up and rot in mass graves. War will make corpses of us all.
