Bombs over Beirut
Let me preface this by saying that if you have a family or you are ill, a child, old, sick, or weak, this doesn't apply to you.

The rest of you: PUSSIES! All of you! Beirut is a safe, metropolitan city. Israel is shelling and bombing parts of the city where Hezbollah is/was/will be hiding. They are also sending in troops and launching air strikes against southern Lebanon because they don't want a terrorist group that the Lebanese government has left unchecked camping out on their northern border and kidnapping their soldiers.

Think about it. You're based in the Middle East, right on the edge of a war that has been going on for two thousand years. This was Knights Templar stuff, remember that? Of course you don't because it was A THOUSAND YEARS AGO. And you went to Beirut and you got an apartment and you only drink bottled water cause you don't want to get the shits and you bitch to your friends over Budweiser beer that miss the comforts of home and once in a while but not often enough your mom sends you a care package with twinkies and animal crackers and little statues of JESUS H FUCKING CHRIST, all the things you can't get in Lebanon.

And a few bombs go off and they close the airports and now you want to run away crying to Cyprus. Shame. On. You. You little maggot scumbag pussy. I've been trying for a year to get a gob in Beirut, and I'll be damned if I'm going to leave because a mortar blew up the roach coach. If you didn't know what you were getting into, then for god's sake, YOU ARE A MORON, you should be fired, and I want your job. I'll take it. I'll catch a plane to Cypress and I won't have any trouble getting passage on a ferry or a cruise ship or a transport to Lebanon, and do you know why? Because I'll be the only American with a true love for peace and the world trying to get in, while all you poseur wannabes telling stories to your friends "stateside" about how you "roughed it" for a week because you had to sleep on a blanket on the floor of your boss's house because your apartment was near a blast zone and it shook the bricks a little.
